Platinum Membership Set Up Fee

This one-time, non-refundable initiation fee is required to establish FlywithJeremy membership with Jeremy & Kilo Aviation LLC. This fee applies to renters, student pilots, and independent Certified Flight Instructors (CFIs) seeking access to membership privileges and aircraft rental services.

Membership provides eligible members with access to certain benefits, which may include:

• Overnight rental privileges, subject to a minimum daily usage requirement
• 12% discount on published aircraft rental and flight instruction rates
• Authorization to receive dual instruction from independent CFIs, subject to Operator approval and insurance requirements
• Priority access to aircraft scheduling and availability
• Eligibility to participate in member events, fly-outs, and club activities

Payment of the initiation fee establishes membership status only and does not convey any ownership, equity interest, or property rights in any aircraft or Jeremy & Kilo Aviation LLC. Membership privileges, benefits, and policies are subject to change at the sole discretion of Jeremy & Kilo Aviation LLC.

The initiation fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
